Company Description:	Hi, my name is demetric pentelton, i am a licensed mental health counselor and certified substance abuse counselor. My approach to therapy is cognitive behavioral which allows me to examine the relationships between thoughts, beliefs, emotions and how they contribute to self-destructive or unhealthy behaviors. My approach focuses on problem solving, implementing new behavior and goal achievement. I focus my attention on treating individuals that struggle with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, bipolar, ptsd, and substance use disorders. I also help individuals struggling with issues related to anger, self-esteem, stress, health and wellness, relationship or anything requiring a lifestyle, and behavioral change.
